Tai Chi Beginner Class(初级班)

This beginner-level class introduces students to the fundamentals of traditional Tai Chi, including essential forms and movements from the major styles: Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu (Hao), and Sun.

Students will develop proper posture, movement coordination, breathing techniques, and internal rhythm.

The class also integrates Tai Chi wellness principles to improve balance, flexibility, and overall health.
