HAOTAICHI KUNGFU ACADEMY FEE STRUCTURE

1. Membership Fee

• First-time Registration: $69

2. HAOTAICHI Official Uniform

• $80

3. Tai Chi Group Class Fee

• Per Class: $60 (1 hour)                  

• Monthly Payment: Pay at the start of each month.

 Class Frequency Options:

• Once a week: $240 Per Month

• Twice a week: $480 Per Month

4. Tai Chi  Sword Group Class Fee

• Per Class: $120 (2 hours)     

• Pay at the start of each month. 

 5. Private Class Fee

• Per Class: $200 (1 hour)

Please note: Credit cards are not accepted 

We offer trial class; however, to honor and respect our coach's dedication, the trial class fee is the same as our regular class fee. After the trail class, you can decide whether to officially join Haotaichi Kungfu Academy

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.24-Hour Notice Requirement

Students must provide written notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

2.Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance

•Regular Tai Chi group classes are eligible for a make-up class.

•Private lessons and Tai Chi Sword classes are eligible for a refund; however, any deposit paid is non-refundable (if collected).

3.Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time are considered late cancellations. No refunds or make-up classes will be provided.

4.Medical Emergencies

In the event of a documented medical emergency, the school may arrange a make-up class at its discretion.

5.Long-Term Leave

For students needing long-term leave due to returning to their home country, traveling abroad, or other special circumstances, please indicate the expected return date when requesting leave. The school will reserve the student’s spot for a reasonable period.

6.Holiday and Competition Periods

The school may be closed during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and competition periods. Regular Tai Chi group classes are not eligible for refunds during these closures. Since no additional fees are charged in months containing five weeks, no compensation will be given for classes missed during holidays or competitions.

Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, based on enrollment for the month rather than the exact number of classes attended.

7.Personal Belongings

All personal belongings must be picked up within one month after leaving the school. Items not collected within one month may be disposed of by the school at its discretion, and the school will not be responsible for their safekeeping.

By enrolling in classes, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this policy.
