HAOTAICHI KUNGFU ACADEMY FEE STRUCTURE
1. Membership Fee
• one-time Registration fee: $69
2. HAOTAICHI Official Uniform
• $80
3. Tai Chi Group Class Fee
• One class per week: $240 per month (equivalent to $60 per class)
• All students enrolled in regular Tai Chi group classes are required to register for the school's Auto Pay system. Tuition will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.
• If you wish to pause or cancel Auto Pay, please notify the school in writing at least one week in advance to allow sufficient time for processing.
• Tuition is charged based on monthly enrollment status rather than actual attendance. Monthly tuition is calculated based on a standard four-class month. If a month contains a fifth class, that class will be provided as a complimentary bonus class at no addtional charge. Monthly tuition remains unchanged regardless of the number of weeks in a month. During school closures for official holidays( including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and competition periods), classes are not eligibles for make-up classes or refunds.
We offer trial class; however, to honor and respect our coach's dedication, the trial class fee is the same as our regular class fee ($60). After the trail class, you can decide whether to officially join Haotaichi Kungfu Academy
4. Tai Chi Sword Group Class Fee
• Per Class: $120 (2 hours)
• Tuition is due on the first day of each month
5. Private Class Fee
• Per Class: $200 (1 hour)
• Private classes are available only with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions.
6. Use of the training space outside of scheduled class hours is subject to a facility usage fee. The specific fee will be determined based on the actual usage situation.

Class Absence, Cancellation, Make-up & Refund Policy
1.24-Hour Notice Requirement
Students must provide written notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
2.Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance
•Regular Tai Chi group classes may be eligible for a make-up class.
•Private lessons and Tai Chi Sword classes are eligible for a refund; however, any deposit paid is non-refundable (if collected).
3.Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time are considered late cancellations. No refunds or make-up classes will be provided.
4.Leave of Absence
Short-term Leave( less than one month): students are asked to notify the school in advance. The school may arrange make-up classes based on class schedules and availability. All make-up arrangements are subject to the school's final discretion.
Long-Term Leave( One month or longer): Students who require an extended leave of absence due to returning to their home country, international travel, or other special circumstances must apply in advance and provided an anticipated return date. School will make reasonable efforts to reserve the student's place and arrange accommodations accordingly.
5.Holiday and Competition Periods
The school may be closed during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and competition periods. Regular Tai Chi group classes are not eligible for refunds during these closures. Since no additional fees are charged in months containing five weeks, no compensation will be given for classes missed during holidays or competitions.
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, based on enrollment for the month rather than the exact number of classes attended.
7.Personal Belongings
All personal belongings must be picked up within one month after leaving the school. Items not collected within one month may be disposed of by the school at its discretion, and the school will not be responsible for their safekeeping.
By registering for classes at HAOTAICHI KUNGFU ACADEMY, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above tuition, Auto Pay, absence, cancellation, make-up, and refund policies.
